SERVICE RATES, APPOINTMENTS & FORMS
Service rate is for Soma, Craniosacral Therapy, Holisitic Counseling, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Transpersonal/Guided Journeying, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Process Facilitator.
POLICIES
Services are billed at $165 per hour and due at the time of treatment. I accept cash, personal check, and credit cards with an additional fee of 3.0% to cover processing.
I welcome PIP and L&I claims. I am not contracted with any private insurance companies but will provide a super bill for private insurance claims.
Kindly allow 48 hours for cancellation or assume responsibility for payment of missed session.
