RATE & POLICIES
Counseling and therapeutic services and processes are billed at $160 per hour and due at the time of service. If you are being referred for manual therapy or injury treatment only please contact me for details. I accept cash, personal check, and credit cards with an additional fee of 3.0% to cover processing.
I will provide a super bill for out-of-network private insurance claims. Please send me your insurance information for potential coverage.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for individuals who are housing and food insecure. Please contact me for availability and application.
Kindly allow 48 hours for cancellation or assume responsibility for payment of missed session. If you are sick or have a sick dependent please honor the cancellation policy if possible or give me as much notice as you can. I understand!
If this is your first session please contact me by email or phone or the contact page to schedule.
Please do your best to arrive on time. If you arrive early please respect the client before you and wait to come in until your scheduled appointment time. I consider 15 minutes late a no-show unless I have heard from you via text or phone. I completely understand that there are many unpredictable variables as we travel.
