Life is a complex journey, where support and counsel can make all the difference.
MEET ERIN
Erin is located in North Seattle in Washington State, and available in-person and via tele-health.
I work under the supervision of Kevin Maloy & Lisa Gormley Leinster.
In all of my roles as a provider, I am dedicated to nurturing each individual’s wholeness and uniqueness. Collaboratively, I guide the therapeutic process towards your goals and needs, holding space for your long-term vision and purpose. I foster an environment where healing and growth naturally unfold.
I am a life-long learner with a clear calling to serve in the healing arts & sciences. I have always been a very spirited, sensitive and deeply observational person with an unquenchable thirst for learning and evolution. Integrative embodiment is always changing for me because I am always learning and stitching in the new experiences and understandings along the way. I bring that same way to all of my work.
I earned my counseling license at Bastyr University, known for their mind/body/spirit/nature approach.
Additionally, I am a registered hypnotherapist, heart-centered therapist, transpersonal doula, subtle energy practitioner, craniosacral therapist, somato-emotional release practitioner, SOMA structural integrator, licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, registered yoga teacher, flower essence practitioner, permaculturalist/herbal medicine crafter & gardener, life-long student of cross cultural healing and consciousness studies & a natural mystic.
I have gathered numerous modalities with great intention to best serve my own development, my clients and the world. I will never stop learning. My practice is anchored in trauma-awareness and resourced embodiment. I build from that base with evidence-based interventions proven to work, somatic explorations that lead us to integrative embodiment and healthy regulation, and transpersonal realities that are outside the spectrums of measurement.
I believe because I have seen it more times than I can count that everything that is worthwhile in life is a process, including healing, growth and development.
I have loved the study of natural wellness my whole life and have studied cross-cultural nutrition and herbalism since I was a teenager- so about 35 years.
My journey as a counselor and therapist has been different than my journey as a healer, and as my journey as a scientist and as a mystic and as a plant person and as a bodyworker, and as a yogi, and as….the list goes on…
I have many interests and they all serve me in my work with clients.
